We employ both journeymen and apprentices because we’ve found that bringing together proven leaders and new toolmakers, results in fresh ideas that often lead to increased efficiency and better products. 

Once a die technician receives a project, he becomes the designated project leader for that job until it’s done. Die technicians coordinate the timely movement of the job through the CNC, heat treat, EDM, assembly, and finally the die tryout.

The process is smooth and efficient, thanks to the ingenuity of our people and the consistent training on new technology that keeps us on the cutting edge. We challenge our die technicians to find ways to improve efficiencies with every die they build.
