Where efficiency and precision go hand in hand

We have full-time programmers and a host of machining centers. Our programmers use the latest software for the most current milling and drilling processes. 

Each operator spends time with our toolmakers to gain a better understanding of the components that they are machining. This helps our operators produce precision parts more accurately and efficiently. 

All die components are made to be duplicated. This step saves you time and money if you ever need to replace a component in an emergency or for general maintenance. We also store your engineering files electronically, so we can quickly reproduce or replace parts for you — without the die.

Our capacity ranges from 20 x 30 travels with high-speed spindles, to a twin column bridge machine with 70 x 102 travels. With this variety of machines, we can create large or small dies, quickly and cost-efficiently.
